Employee Spotlight: Amanda Shinlever

Meet Amanda Shinlever, a senior account manager at Symphony Development Group. She started working for Symphony Development Group six years ago and has a bright future ahead. Her motto is “if you are going to do it, do it right”.

It’s tough to put into words Amanda’s importance to our team, but the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts. Amanda Shinlever has quite the reputation amongst employees who know her as well as among our clients.

Amanda manages several bookkeeping accounts, and she is responsible for building strong client relationships, creating account management strategies, assisting other staff members with solutions for the client, and helping grow accounts. She is always willing to help clients or other staff members find solutions to their challenges. Amanda’s hobbies include being a Master Gardener, crafter and lover of puzzles.

What makes Amanda unique is that she routinely foresees the client’s needs and ensures that they’re met, making her extremely loved by clients. She brings a positive attitude, she conducts herself in an ethical manner, and she is dependable.

She invariably goes the extra mile, takes the initiative, and works to ensure her clients, and Symphony Development Group look good.
