About Symphony Development Group
Established five years ago, we are a leading bookkeeping and accounting firm headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina. We also have an office in San Francisco and specialize in systems integration with a focus on the accounting platform and bookkeeping services.
We currently have eight employees. However, we serve 100% of our clients remotely with cloud-based software and constantly learn and adapt to new technologies. Because of this, we serve clients in eleven states and are busy all year round. Our book-keeping team work to onboard clients that need either catch-up and ongoing services or need to initiate services for a new business. We also implement cloud integrations as our client business needs demand.

We similarly excel at SMB systems integration, led by our CFO and Integrations team assisting business owners who do not have the time to handle or manage their accounting function and need timely processing of transactions and prompt reporting on profitability and cash flow.

Similarly, our ability to provide prompt and accurate information to solve administrative and accounting issues and our overall efficiency make us the best choice for many small businesses.
What sets us apart from the rest of our competitors is we offer personal account managers for each client, the best research-based bookkeeping practices, and complex system integrations and training for all staff. We also fully engage with our clients to genuinely understand their business so we can offer prompt and efficient services.
One of our most significant achievements has been our partnerships with Xero, Cin7, Dext, Jirav, Gusto, and simPRO. These partnerships go a long way towards the easy implementation and integration of cloud-based software solutions that solve clients’ inventory management or job costing problems.
Our dream for the future is to further grow our practice in terms of inventory management and cash flow forecasting. This will be accomplished through ongoing client referrals and training for our staff.
While we are passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment. To do our part, we recycle and are entirely cloud-based, and thus very rarely rely on paper documents.
We also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, sponsor the high school football team in our North Carolina office and support local charitable events.
