Testing and Evaluation: Symphony rigorously tests the software based on your company workflows before deployment. If required we will write and provide SOP’s, identify any issues, bugs, or compatibility problems and involve the project team and appropriate end-users in testing to gather feedback.

Change Management: Change management is critical to user adoption. Symphony provides training sessions, at which we communicate the benefits of the new software and address any concerns that may arise from the proposed change. It is important to remember to prepare your employees for the transition.

Data Migration: If you’re replacing an existing system, even if that is a manual system based on paper and spreadsheets, Symphony will work with you to plan how to migrate data from your current system to the new one in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy during this transition process.

Monitoring and Optimization: After implementation, Symphony will work with you over an initial 4 week period to ensure a successful implementation.
